Routine maintenance and Shawn and Nick take great care of our vehicles at Twins Buick GMC in Columbus OH

We were greeted by a friendly voice as soon as we entered the service area. we waited while the Oil Change was completed. Our service tech who took our order came back after a short time to inform us that they had noticed an issue with the bar that holds the spare tire that appeared not to be attached to the truck. He told us that they could check it out further and repair it if we wanted to wait about an hour or so and it was under warranty so there would be no charge. It was not as bad as first thought and they tightened it up and we were on our way. We very much appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service we received.

Its been years since Ive bought a car and Dee was a great help from start to finish! I would recommend Dee and Twins Buick to anyone looking to buy a great car with excellent customer service!

Blake was very helpful and extremely patience. In the past I have had a bad experience with the person that handled my service request. The only other issue was it appears that the mechanic may have been a little sloppy with their work since I had to bring the car back in. I hate to say this but I’m still not positive that everything is right related to all the repairs I had done. Is there a process where someone higher looks over most repairs especially the costly repairs? I wish I could give 2 different ratings based on the repairs and my interaction with Blake because he would have 5 stars.

We had a scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation maintenance on our 2020 Enclave. The service was performed in a timely manner additionally the service manager printed a quick start guide for our new 2026 Enclave

Our 2020 Enclave was in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as 75,000 mile maintenance service.

I had an experience with Twins Buick GMC that could have easily gone in a completely different direction, but their team chose to stand behind me and make things right. When problems developed with the original vehicle, I put in the effort to help figure out what was happening, and they matched that effort every step of the way. Craig, Gina, Mark, and the finance team all played a part in turning a stressful situation into an experience I’ll genuinely remember. They listened, communicated with me, treated me with respect, and ultimately helped get me into a Buick that I’m extremely happy with. As a dad going through a major transition in life, dependable transportation matters to me more than just having a nice vehicle. The way this dealership handled everything showed me that they cared about the person on the other side of the transaction, not simply making a sale. Anybody can look good when a deal goes perfectly. You really learn what kind of dealership you’re working with when something goes wrong. Twins Buick GMC had the opportunity to walk away from a difficult situation, and instead they stepped up. That earned my respect, my gratitude, and my recommendation.

All went well. Service personnel were great. Technicians found a couple major problems in addition to doing what was requested in a timely manner. Schuttle service made the experience.

I was disappointed that everything that was wrong on the car was not covered by the warranty I was told when I purchased the warranty that it was just like the factory warranty bumper to bumper everything was covered
