Overall my experience was good. Couple things that are lingering with me- At the beginning of my appointment, I told my sales person that I was interested in leasing but have never done it before and after we sat down to talk numbers, I assumed she would start explaining how leasing worked in better detail since I voiced multiple times that I was new to the concept. Leasing vs. purchasing is a completely different investment and necessary to educate someone on this. Instead, the manager was actually the one who eventually explained to me in detail of how it all worked and even shared some inside details on the bigger picture of things. This was very helpful to me. Honestly, when I saw the initial pricing on the lease, I almost got up and walked out but because the manager then took the time to explain the whole process with me and pricing breakdown, I felt better about making the decision to lease and the pricing then seemed like a a smarter option for me and my family. Thankfully he was able to offset cost some for me and I appreciated that effort greatly. Lastly, after the paperwork process was started I was told my car would be cleaned prior to my departure. I understand it was late but 20-30 minutes after I was told it would be cleaned up and ready to go by the time I left, I was then told that was not actually the case because it was suddenly too late. It was offered for me to come back the following day to have it cleaned but I live over an hour away from the dealership. Although the gesture was thoughtful, I thought maybe they would offer something simple to help offset the service that was part of the purchase but not held up on their end somehow. (Fuel card, Buick online store credit etc.) It was then offered for me to take home the floor model because it was also brand new but never driven and therefore already cleaned and detailed. I said yeah that would be fine since that would be an easier solution. They then realized there was a slight price difference in the vehicles and then came back and said sorry, if you want the clean floor model, it's going to increase your monthly payment because it's just a slightly different color than the one you picked (pearl white vs. white). Not sure why that was offered then back-peddled with sorry, we will need more money from you if you want a clean car to drive home in instead. I politely declined. Minor details but also part of the buyer experience. Overall I'm happy with the experience and am happy I went with a lease. I will say I walked in there expecting to be driving home in a GMC but instead drove home in a brand new Buick Envision and it sure is a beauty with a such a smooth ride. Hoping to continue leasing from here on out.

A few cheap snacks in break room would help ratings. :)

Went in for an oil change and headlight bulb replacement, oil change was done without issue. However, the headlight bulb replacement wasn’t done correctly. I have two different colored bulbs, one is warm yellow and the other bright white. I have called multiple times to have this resolved to no avail. I have left messages with the service supervisor, no return call. It’s like driving around with 2 different shoes on, and it’s NOT wacky Wednesday! It’s silly looking!

I brought my car in to have it serviced for the drivers door speaker. They repaired the speaker worked great. I noticed maybe a week later that I had two cracks in my dashboard screen. I don’t drive my car a lot unless I go to work and home. I do mo e things in my car, my dogs aren’t allowed in my car. I have nothing but problem after problem with this car. I love this car and they broke my screen and want me to pay half to get it replaced ….I didn’t break it!

We brought our Enclave in for an oil change and a loud noise it was making. The service department immediately found that the tailpipe had a hole in it and fixed it under warranty. They completed the oil change and had us out the door in about an hour. That is a lot of work in a little time. We were quite pleased. We will definitely keep making the 1.25 hour trip to have our service done at Twins. It’s worth the drive.

Thorough research on 3 row, AWD SUVs and identified the Buick Enclave Avenue as the vehicle of choice. Although Twins did not have the AWD, Jennifer was able to locate one at another dealership and bring it to her lot. Well, I was told that everything would be done that same day and that I would be able to pick up my vehicle at noon then they had disassemble a dog crate that was in my vehicle and I had mentioned to them. Please do not touch that they touched it they attempted to put it back together, but they did not Put it back correctly, which was a potential problem in regards to the safety of my dog. Then the part that they said they had to order they said it would be in in a couple of days. It’s been a week and I have not heard from them. Also, when it came to my billing, they lumped everything together. Didn’t ask me if I wanted to pay for the services I got right then and there and then pay for the service of the part that they had to order Later they lumped it all together. Didn’t even ask me how I wanted to do that. I am not sure that I totally received my military discount. Also the problem that was going on with my car. The light is no longer on so that makes me wonder. Is there a problem and does the module actually need to be changed? I question all that because when they had calming up to the counter, they were talking to me about my vehicle, but then realize that they were not giving me correct information. They was reading information about another car that had some issues do I need to go on?

We were greeted by a friendly voice as soon as we entered the service area. we waited while the Oil Change was completed. Our service tech who took our order came back after a short time to inform us that they had noticed an issue with the bar that holds the spare tire that appeared not to be attached to the truck. He told us that they could check it out further and repair it if we wanted to wait about an hour or so and it was under warranty so there would be no charge. It was not as bad as first thought and they tightened it up and we were on our way. We very much appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service we received.
