Let’s be honest, everyone hates having to buy a car. We all usually like the end result of having a reliable vehicle in our budget, but the car buying experience can be a bear. To give you a really good idea of the loyalty I have to this place I have to go back a ways. If you aren’t willing to read this entire review, just know you are making a mistake if you buy a car anywhere else.In 2015 I bought a used Acadia from salesman Tom. He was absolutely excellent. He left for awhile but is back now. I drive a lot of miles and decided about six months ago that I needed another vehicle. I began speaking with Brandon, because Tom wasn’t available at the time. He has dealt with every questions and concern I’ve had with the patients of a saint. I’m not one to taking making a big purchase lightly and it took me a long time to make the move. I was in several time and each time Brandon made sure that I knew my options with NO PRESSURE! Between all of this I would bring my car in for maintinence. Eric is my dude. He is an excellent maintinence rep and makes sure he can save you money when feasible. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The choices are laid out clearly and I’ve spent much more than I spend here getting my car fixed at other dealerships in the past. Speaking with Eric about my current car actually is what helped me decide to buy another car. His honest opinion and expertise is beyond appreciated. My mother, grandmother, neighbor, and friend have all bought cars from Twins in the last year. Every single one of them is satisfied. Two of them had small concerns after they bought the vehicle and Twins staff were willing to help them resolve it, even though the purchase process was done. Brandon helped my grandmother fixate her electric mirrors. This might not seem like a big deal but my grandmother is not tech savvy (as many people her generation aren’t) and it means the world that he is willing to walk her through it. My mother had major financial concerns and she is driving a nicer car now for less payment than she had driven in her whole life. My biggest concern was the warranty and having to cover maintinence on top of a car payment. IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF! If Twins can’t do it, no one can. Period. Beside all that Ty is the owner, and clearly and excellent businessman. I’ve never met the guy but I don’t need to. The people he hires speak for themselves. We all try to spend as little time in a dealership as we can but inevitibly, sometimes a person can be there hours. It’s made a lot more comfortable by the fact that they have food and beverage while you wait. You’re never waiting on information either. It’s important to know they you’ll be updated on any progress about a purchase or maintinence in a timely manor. They have a curtesy vehicle and the driver is amazing as well! As far as a dealership goes, it’s not about the cars at this place, it’s all about the customer. They are true blue old school MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. I cannot stress enough that if you’re looking for a car, Twins is it.
We just wanted to take a moment to say what and honest and wonderful staff they have at Twins Buick GMC. We took our GMC Acadia to the service department because the transmission was making a grinding noise (we thought). They checked our vehicle out and determined that it was not anything to do with the transmission but just a Protector plate that was vibrating against the muffler pipe . Which was a simple fix. Not only did they not charge us to fix it but their honesty meant so much to us! We had also taken the vehicle to Germain Cadillac at Easton and they told us that we needed an entirely new transmission and wanted to charge us $6000 for the repair! ...and they gave us complimentary sodas and hot chocolate! 🙂 We Strongly support Twins Buick GMC!
